Ep. 9 Kill Creek by Scott Thomas

At the end of an overgrown country road in middle of nowhere Kansas, there lies an ominous house full of dark secrets.

It’s a nearly forgotten house—and it’s filled with an insidious desire to spread its shadowy tendrils into anyone that dares to listen to its story.

And it just so happens that you may be the perfect prey for this house’s sinister intentions.

Today’s episode of Pages and Pours is a bit longer than normal because we tried something a little different! This week’s book is Kill Creek by Scott Thomas, which was actually suggested to us by one of our awesome listeners @joeeburleigh !

Ben read the book as well this week and we had a lot of fun delving into an in depth discussion. We each had our own thoughts and perspective on the characters and plot of Kill Creek, and it was such a fun experience to read something together! I think we’re going to try to do this more often since it opens up so many great opportunities for fully discussing and expressing different views of a book. 🖤

**Disclaimer: in the beginning of the episode, I accidentally say the house is in Texas when I meant Kansas. Whoops! 🙈

Until next Thursday, happy reading and cheers!
